Our firm was founded by John D. Carrigg over forty years ago. Mr. Carrigg continues to oversee the firm's day to day operations and with the assistance of trained staff oversees the servicing of all of the firm's clients.
Mr. Carrigg is a graduate of Suffolk University and Bentley University. He holds the first Masters of Taxation degree ever awarded by Bentley University.
Mr. Carrigg has been an accounting and taxation professor at the University of Lowell, Mass Bay Community College and Nasson College.
As a tax manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, he lectured at the firm's tax training sessions in Houston, Texas. He has also participated on a number of professional tax seminar panels for New Hampshire tax lawyers and CPAs and has published numerous articles on taxation.
Mr. Carrigg is also a "patched" high school basketball official. He also promotes and runs a pre-season "Tune Up" basketball league every Fall for Meredith area basketball players in grades 6th through 12th.
Mr. Carrigg is also a veteran of 6 years in the U.S. Navy having served in both the Atlantic and Pacific fleets.
Mr. Carrigg has extensive sailing experience, having sailed in the Grenadines and sailed from Bermuda to Connecticut. Presently he enjoys sailing his 30' sloop "Panache" extensively along the coast of New England.
The firm's clientele ranges from multi-million dollar real estate developers and investors to small family owned service businesses.
